Hi I'm Fran, I have supported people living with dementia and their families for many years helping with both practical needs and emotional support.

The toolkit cards are based on my learning and experiences. They focus on simple, effective ways I have found of coping with the more common daily challenge of sharing time with and caring for a loved one with dementia.

I have written the supportive word cards for people with dementia and their carers in the hope of bringing some sunshine to people who may be finding life with dementia a little challenging and overwhelming.

The beautiful designs for all of the cards have been created by Susi of Coppertop Cards whose mum I have the privilege of supporting for several years. Some of the cards are inspired by the time I spent with her.

These cards are all being sold for charity to support the work of Dementia UK whose Admiral Nurses provide such invaluable support to people living with dementia.
